Good to know before you book
You must be at least 21 years old (25 for some models) and have held your driving licence for 1 to 2 years depending on the car. The exact requirement for each car is shown on its page before you book.
Your original, physical driving licence (in Latin script, or with an International Driving Permit), your passport or national ID card, and a bank card in the main driver's name for the security deposit.
Nothing changes for you. Add your flight number when booking: your driver follows the real arrival time and waits up to 60 minutes after landing at no extra charge.
Per vehicle. Every private transfer has one fixed price for the whole car, whatever the number of passengers: a sedan takes up to 3 passengers, a van up to 7 and a minibus up to 15.
You choose at checkout: pay at pickup, in cash or by card, or by bank transfer before the trip. No card payment is needed online to book.
Car rentals can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before pickup. Transfers and tours each show their own policy before you book — most transfers are free to cancel up to 24 hours before.
