Car rentals can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before pickup. Transfers and tours each show their own policy before you book — most transfers are free to cancel up to 24 hours before.

Yes. Request a new date or time from your account; changes are free when made more than 48 hours ahead, subject to availability.
